Applications
Baudcom Splice Sleeves, available in standard and slim styles, are designed with a stainless-steel strength member, polyolefin copolymer inner tube, and polyolefin outer tube for reliable fiber alignment during shipping, handling, and installation. Use them with Leviton Splice Trays to provide maximum protection from shock and vibration.
Performance Specifications
SPECIFICATION
Fiber Splice Sleeves shall meet the requirements for Bellcore GR-1380 specifications. Outer tubing shall meet MIL-I-23053/5 Class 2 requirements. The sleeves shall feature a stainless-steel strength member, polyolefin copolymer inner tube and polyolefin outer tube with precise cut lengths and smooth ends. Sleeves shall be available in standard, slim, mini, and micro styles.
STANDARDS COMPLIANCE
Outer tube of the splice sleeves meets MIL-I-23053/5 Class 2.
Standard style sleeves meet Bellcore GR-1380 specifications.
